Here’s what to expect when you hire me as your doula:

  • Prenatal meetings to get to know you, your family, and your birth preferences.
  • Text, email, and phone support for advice and connecting you to community resources.
  • On-call support starting at 38 weeks.
  • Postpartum visits to help with recovery, feeding, and emotional support.
  • Sliding scale birth fee: $600-900

During labour, doulas provide encouragement, suggestions for positions and comfort measures, support for the birth partner, massage, information, a listening ear, and a calming presence.
